Job summary

Commercial Bank Of Qatar is seeking an experienced Treasury Sales professional to sell and structure treasury products for corporate and retail clients. You will work with Relationship Managers to tailor solutions and meet revenue targets.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of trading, ALM and market risk, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. You will collaborate across Treasury Support and Middle Office to ensure compliant, timely deal execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• 4 years’ relevant treasury or treasury sales and structuring experience.
• Knowledge of trading and treasury products, ALM and market risk.
• Business networking & negotiation and strong written/spoken English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Sell treasury products to existing and new clients to generate revenue and support banking objectives.
• Structure new treasury products in response to client needs and coordinate with Relationship Managers.
• Collaborate with Treasury Support and Middle Office to ensure timely deal processing and compliance.
• Provide clients with market updates and product presentations to aid trading decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement of treasury processes and controls.
