Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha is seeking a Treasury Manager - Debt & Exposure Management to assist the Treasury Director in managing debt and equity financing, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, and cash flow forecasting.

The role requires 12+ years in a top-tier bank or corporate, with GCC experience advantageous. A business/finance/economics degree and MBA/CFA/ACA-type qualifications are mandatory, along with strong regulatory, Excel, and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting and finance, or economics.
• MBA, CFA, CMA, ACA or ACCA is mandatory.
• Proficiency in financial risk management including FX, IR, and credit risk.
• Experience with Sukuk, Private Placement, Syndication, Bilateral, Bridge and Club structures, Bond issuance and IPO.

Responsibilities

• Manage group banking relationships for debt and equity funding in line with policies.
• Assess and manage financial risks including FX, interest rate, and credit risk; apply hedging where needed.
• Coordinate with lenders and legal counsel on LMA debt facilities and covenants.
• Support senior management on financial risk assessments, capital allocation decisions, and leverage analysis.
