Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks a seasoned International Treasury Sales professional to lead the marketing of treasury products to global clients outside MENA, driving profitable sales and strategic benefit for the Group. The role requires at least 15 years of treasury sales experience, strong English and Arabic, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams; MBA/CFA is a plus.

The incumbent will build relationships, manage KPIs, and ensure compliance with risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA/CFA a plus).
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products and customer relationship management (CRM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and position QNB Group’s treasury in the international sales segment.
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive business growth and productivity.
• Develop relationships with international clients and cross-sell treasury services.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CTF and other risk policies and maintain timely reporting.
