Job summary

Commercial Bank in Doha seeks a senior Treasury Operations professional to manage day-to-day processing, settlement, reconciliation, and control of FX, MM, fixed income securities, repo, derivatives, and cash management transactions. You will ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and timely support to Front Office and Custodians.

Reporting to leadership, you will lead treasury operations analysts, drive STP initiatives, and partner with risk, finance, and compliance teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee treasury processing, settlement, reconciliation and control of FX, money market, fixed income, repo and derivatives.
• Ensure timely confirmation, matching, and settlement of treasury transactions.
• Monitor settlement queues and resolve breaks; sustain robust control environment.
• Lead risk & compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with front office, risk, finance, custodians, and counterparties.
