Job summary

Swan Global in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Treasury Accountant – Operations & Settlements to manage daily treasury operations, bank positions, settlements, and approved fund transfers with precision and strict deadlines.

You will monitor multi‑currency balances, support liquidity forecasting, prepare treasury reports, and use Excel and Power BI for analysis and automation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in treasury or payments operations, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Treasury, Banking, Settlements or Payment Operations.
• Experience in an Exchange House, Remittance Company, Bank or Regulated Financial Institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily balances across multiple bank accounts and currencies.
• Maintain daily bank and Treasury positions.
• Prepare and execute inter-bank and inter-account transfers.
• Monitor settlement obligations and ensure funds before cut-off times.
• Track transfers and investigate outstanding transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting on reconciliations and outstanding items.
• Support daily fund position and liquidity forecasting.
• Prepare Treasury reports within tight deadlines.
• Use Excel and Power BI for analysis, automation and reporting.
