Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Balance Sheet Management (Treasury ALM) to lead and oversee all related activities in line with the group strategy and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong experience in balance sheet and treasury operations, with a focus on risk management, performance analytics, and cross‑unit collaboration within a major MEA banking group. English and Arabic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in active dealing room or treasury functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee balance sheet management activities per group strategy and policy.
• Maintain relationships with internal units and external auditors and risk functions.
• Coordinate with Treasury Operations to ensure timely processing of transactions and MIS reporting.
• Identify professional development opportunities and stay current with industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.
