QNB Group seeks a Senior Manager Asset and Liability Management to lead local currency Money Market activities in line with group strategy, risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Responsabilidades

• Complies with budgets, policies for Local Currency MM operations.
• Implements KPIs and best practices for Senior Manager, ALM (Local Currency).
• Promote cost consciousness and efficiency to minimise cost and boost productivity.
• Assist in building relationships with related units to achieve MM desk goals.
• Provide timely information to auditors, Compliance, and Group Risk.
• Assist customers in queries on Bank products and seek solutions.
• Maintain SLAs with internal units to improve turnaround time.
• Build relationships with related departments to achieve Group objectives.
• Performs MM strategies in line with policy and delegated authority.
• Prepare daily rate sheets and monitor gap positions under supervision.
