QNB Group is seeking an experienced Treasury Control professional to manage workflow, ensure real-time accuracy of trading positions, P&L, and limits reporting, and support risk control and profitability. The role includes staff leadership and developing operational processes.
The candidate will ensure production of timely reporting, maintain OPICS setups, and oversee regulatory compliance, with duties spanning audits and cross-department collaboration in a large international bank.

Manage Treasury Control workflow. Ensure accuracy of real-time trading positions, P&L, and limits reporting to support risk control and profitability. Ensure timely completion of management reports with appropriate analysis and justification. Ensure accuracy of transaction flows to production systems. Produce timely and accurate reporting. Lead, train, and develop staff while promoting a teamwork-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international bank, treasury operations, investments control, or related field.
