Qualifications

• Industrial design as core capability.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suites at an intermediate level.
• Experience with Product Development Process.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify travel trends, customer preferences and market gaps.
• Identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement of existing products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product development strategies and goals.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap including timelines and resources.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to understand needs.
• Conceptualize and design new travel products, itineraries and experiences.
• Develop detailed product specifications, pricing strategies and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to create product messaging and sales collateral.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners to ensure quality.
• Monitor and analyze performance of existing products and identify improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and differentiate offerings.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate financial viability of new products considering costs and profitability.
• Train sales and distribution staff on new products.
• Monitor satisfaction and complaints related to products and take actions.
• Support pricing strategies, discounts and incentives to drive revenue.
• Identify opportunities in new destinations and experiences.
• Contribute to strategic planning with market insights.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines during product development.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
