Job summary

AECOM seeks a Design Manager - Transportation in Doha to lead planning, design and delivery of major transportation projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and coordinate with clients through all project phases.

The role requires 15+ years in transportation design and project management, with a track record on large GCC infrastructure. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, VISUM and VISSIM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation design and project management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in the GCC or Qatar."

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of transportation projects including roads, bridges, rail systems and public transit infrastructure.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets and manage risk, quality and change throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with authorities and clients, organize workshops and ensure multidisciplinary team collaboration.
