Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, negotiate, and administer complex contracts from initiation to closeout.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation and correspondence.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve contract-related challenges and disputes.
  • Track contract performance against KPIs and commercial objectives.
  • Improve and maintain contract management systems and processes.
  • Advise senior leadership on commercial strategies and contractual matters.
  • Stay updated on local and international contract legislation and best practices.
