Job summary

Maseera seeks a senior banking transformation professional with 7–12 years in banking, including exposure to FX Trading, Treasury, Global Markets, or Markets Transformation. A minimum of 3 years delivering cross-functional banking projects or transformations is required.

Preferred candidates have RAID Management, Governance, Executive Reporting and Benefits Tracking experience, plus direct exposure to FX desks, treasury sales or Markets COO/change functions.

Qualifications

7–12 years of banking experience with exposure to FX Trading, Treasury, Global Markets, or Markets Transformation.
At least 3 years delivering cross-functional banking projects or transformation initiatives.
