Qualifications

• Strong expertise in process design, requirements definition, UAT, business cases, benefits tracking, and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation initiatives connecting Trade Finance, FX, Liquidity, Hedging, and Global Markets solutions.
• Collaborate with Trade, Global Markets, Corporate Banking, FI, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams. Redesign end-to-end trade journeys covering Letters of Credit (LCs), Guarantees, Collections, Supply Chain Finance, and Working Capital solutions.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 7–12 years of banking experience across Trade Finance, Global Markets, Treasury Sales, Corporate Banking, FI, or Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience delivering front-to-back banking initiatives involving Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
• Strong expertise in process design, requirements definition, UAT, business cases, benefits tracking, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate complex banking product requirements into technology and operational deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, International Trade, Engineering, or Technology.
• Experience in international banking, cross-border trade corridors, or multi-country transformation
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CDCS, CSDG, CITF, CFA, FRM, or ACI are advantageous but not mandatory.

MANDATORY BANKING & PRODUCT SKILLS

• Trade Finance: LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Open-Account Trade & Supply Chain Finance.
• Global Markets: FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Hedging & Cross-Border Markets Solutions.
• Corporate & Institutional Banking: Client Journeys, Working Capital & Cross-Border Flow Economics.
• Trade Operations: SWIFT Messaging, Sanctions, AML, Credit & Documentary Controls.
• Digital Banking: Digital Trade Platforms, Workflow Automation, APIs & Straight-Through Processing (STP).
• Commercial Performance: Wallet Share, Conversion, Fee Income, NIM & RAROC.
• Transformation Delivery: Business Analysis, Process Redesign, Target Operating Models, UAT & Implementation.
• Project Governance: Integrated Project Plans, RAID Management, Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
