Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking a seasoned banking transformation professional to lead cross-functional initiatives across FX Trading, Treasury, and Global Markets in Doha. You will translate business needs into technology deliverables, manage RAID, governance, and executive reporting, and drive UAT planning and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of banking experience with meaningful exposure to FX Trading, Treasury, Global Markets, or Markets Transformation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering cross-functional banking projects or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in RAID Management, Governance, Executive Reporting & Benefits Tracking
• Candidates with direct exposure to FX Trading Desks, Treasury Sales, or Markets COO / Change Functions are preferred.
• Experience in Business Transformation & Cross-Functional Project Delivery
• Experience in UAT Planning, Testing, Defect Management, Cutover & Implementation
• Strong banking product knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into technology and operational deliverables.
• Experience in emerging markets, regional treasury platforms, or multi-entity banks is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI or equivalent tools
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum / CFA / FRM / ACI certification is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
