Qualifications

• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on project management experience with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery outcomes.
• Proven experience delivering IT projects within the financial services sector, preferably banking.
• Experience managing medium to large IT projects in banking or financial services environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects in international, regional, or multi country environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience managing internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and third party service providers.
• Experience working with senior management, business sponsors, technology teams, and external vendors in a structured governance environment.
