Reporting directly to the Spa & Wellness Manager, the Therapist will provide high‑quality treatments and therapies, ensuring exceptional guest care, consistency, professionalism, and alignment with the holistic spirit of Our Habitas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments in accordance with established protocols, brand standards, and guest expectations while promoting relaxation, healing, and wellbeing.
• Support the delivery of personalized wellness experiences and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Create destination‑led experiences that reflect local traditions, natural healing techniques, and sustainable wellness practices.
• Collaborate closely with the spa and wellness team to contribute to meaningful, transformative guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end spa environment.
• Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related wellness field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, and wellness therapies.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and spa industry standards.
