Qualifications

• Certification in Spa Therapy or related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional personalized spa experiences in line with the luxury service standards of Raffles & Fairmont Doha
• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages facials body scrubs wraps and wellness therapies according to established protocols
• Conduct professional guest consultations to identify individual needs preferences and contraindications
• Ensure guest comfort privacy and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience
• Maintain treatment rooms equipment and spa areas to the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation
• Prepare treatment rooms with the required supplies amenities and linens prior to each appointment
• Promote spa treatments wellness programs and retail products through personalized recommendations and upselling techniques
• Maintain strong knowledge of spa products services and current wellness trends
• Adhere to all health safety sanitation and spa operating procedures at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and report maintenance or operational concerns promptly
• Build and maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and guest loyalty
• Work collaboratively with the spa team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Participate in training programs and continuous development initiatives to maintain professional standards and brand knowledge
• Demonstrate professionalism discretion and a positive attitude in all guest and colleague interactions
