Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som invites a dedicated Spa Therapist to deliver personalised wellness experiences in a luxury Qatar spa environment. You will conduct consultations, tailor treatments, and ensure hygiene and safety to the highest standards.

The role requires internationally recognised spa certifications and a minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, with a strong focus on guest wellbeing, service excellence and teamwork within a multidisciplinary spa team.

Qualifications

• Internationally recognised spa certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO or ITEC.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional spa or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, body and beauty treatments.
• Excellent customer service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalised, attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey.
• Perform high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures in line with Zulal and Chiva-Som standards.
• Conduct professional guest consultations to understand individual needs, health conditions and preferences, ensuring safe and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety by preparing treatment rooms, maintaining equipment and following all spa health and safety procedures.
• Recommend and promote wellness services by educating guests on suitable treatments, products, wellness programmes and special offers.
• Support smooth spa operations through accurate guest records, inventory monitoring, daily checklists and collaboration with Spa Reception and other team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction by handling enquiries professionally, addressing concerns, sharing feedback and supporting initiatives that enhance the overall spa

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional Spa Certification & Experience – Internationally recognised certification such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO or ITEC, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional spa or wellness environment.
• Strong Technical Expertise – Sound knowledge of spa therapies, body and beauty treatments, anatomy and physiology, with the ability to deliver treatments safely and professionally.
• Exceptional Guest Service – Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, creating a welcoming sense of connection and belonging for every guest.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, resolve guest concerns professionally, manage challenges and contribute positively within a multidisciplinary team.
