Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a proactive Bid & Tendering Executive in Doha to manage tender activities, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines. You will identify opportunities, analyse requirements, coordinate documentation, and prepare submission packages with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in tendering or contract administration, strong English communication, and meticulous planning to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of tendering, bid coordination, contracts, or commercial administration.
• Experience with tender preparation, document control, and submission processes.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Excellent planning and time-management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review tender invitations, RFPs, and RFQs to understand scope, requirements, and submission timelines.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders in line with client instructions.
• Gather technical, financial, commercial, and operational documents from relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, compile, and format tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Verify that all required forms, attachments, declarations, and supporting documents are included.
• Ensure tender submissions comply with client specifications and submission guidelines.
• Maintain an organised database of tender documents, deadlines, outcomes, and related correspondence.
• Track new opportunities through tender portals and assist with bid qualification activities.
• Manage tender-related correspondence, clarification requests, and internal follow-ups.
• Support senior team members on high-value or complex tenders and independently manage smaller bids as experience grows.
