Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Doha, Qatar seeks a Senior Bid & Tender Coordinator to lead the preparation of high-quality tender submissions and manage the full bid lifecycle. You will coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams to ensure compliant, competitive proposals that meet deadlines and are properly formatted.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in bid/tender coordination, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in bid, tender or proposal coordination.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and document preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid submissions.
• Review RFPs, RFQs and tender documents for requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance and operations teams.
• Prepare and format technical and commercial submissions.
• Ensure documentation is complete, compliant and timely.
• Maintain bid templates and submission records.
• Monitor tender portals and identify opportunities.
• Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvements to bid processes.
