Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Doha is seeking a Bid & Proposal Coordinator to manage the preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions. The role suits someone with 2–4 years of coordination experience eager to build a career in bids and proposals.

You will review tender requirements, coordinate across technical, finance, and operations teams, and help develop professional proposals while tracking deadlines and maintaining organized records. GCC/Qatar market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in tendering, bidding, proposals, contracts, or commercial coordination.
• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ and tender processes.
• Strong written English and professional communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, technical services, or facilities management is preferred.
• GCC/Qatar market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review tender and RFP requirements and create submission checklists.
• Coordinate required information and documents across technical, finance, commercial, and operations teams.
• Assist in developing professional technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure all required documents, forms, and supporting materials are included.
• Track bid progress, deadlines, approvals, and submission status.
• Maintain organised records of tenders, templates, and previous submissions.
• Monitor tender portals for new opportunities.
• Coordinate responses to client clarifications and post-submission requirements.
• Support senior team members on major bids.
• Independently manage smaller tenders as capability develops.
