Job summary

LTM is hiring a Core Banking Transformation – Operations SME (Business Analyst) to bridge back office operations, vendor teams and technical programs during the Temenos rollout. The role covers requirements management, data migration support and testing coordination across accounts, deposits, financing and payments in a banking context.

Qualifications

• Temenos Core Banking transformation experience in large programs.
• 7–10 years in Middle East retail and corporate Islamic banking operations.
• Client-facing business analyst / SME with vendor interaction.

Responsibilities

• Elicit needs and translate them into BRDs and vendor specifications.
• Manage scope and prevent creep while aligning with program goals.
• Coordinate with vendors and business users for sign-off on documentation.
• Map future workflows and align with new Temenos module architecture.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Lead UAT, triage defects, and negotiate workarounds with stakeholders.
• Contribute to change management and training content.
