Job summary

Vistas Global seeks a seasoned Core Banking Transformation – Operations SME to lead Temenos T24 programs across back-office operations in Qatar. You will define TOMs, map processes, and set business rules for banking operations, while coordinating data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation.

You’ll also drive testing, UAT, change management, and the creation of SOPs and user manuals to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 11+ years leading Temenos Core Banking transformation projects.
• Client-facing BA/SME with strong Islamic banking experience.
• Expert in requirements, BRDs/FSDs, and TOM design.

Responsibilities

• Support TOM development, process mapping, and business rules.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, mapping, and balance reconciliation.
• Coordinate testing and UAT, including defect triage.
• Drive change management, SOPs, and user manuals.
