Job summary

LTM is seeking a Finance SME to bridge business stakeholders, finance teams, and Temenos transformation workstreams in Doha. The role ensures alignment of all corporate banking operations with financial reporting standards, GL mappings, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Temenos core banking transformation experience.
• Corporate Islamic banking accounting rules (AA), profit distribution pools, and Sharia-compliant product accounting knowledge.
• Certified Temenos Consultant in relevant modules and professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA) advantageous.
• Experience mapping GL data and validating automated posting logic.

Responsibilities

• Elicit accounting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specs for vendors.
• Critically review FSDs for financial accuracy and automated posting logic.
• Map legacy module products to Temenos modules and plan data migration with Finance.
• Lead finance UAT and day-to-day financial cycle simulations.
• Create SOPs, reconciliation guidelines, and financial controls manuals.
• Validate vendor-delivered journals and balance sheet impacts post-migration.
