Job summary

IRISSTAR Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Risk Support Functions SME to drive Temenos T24 modernization and risk workflow analysis on-site in Qatar. You will own requirements gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder coordination, and rigorous UAT execution across complex modernization initiatives.

You will bridge business risk stakeholders with technical teams, map risk management needs to core banking functions, validate test scenarios, and collaborate with recruitment leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in core banking transformation or financial software implementations.
• Strong Temenos T24/Transact modernization experience.
• Deep knowledge of banking risk support functions, credit risk engines, regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Architect, define, and execute functional requirements gathering for Temenos T24/Transact modernization projects.
• Provide deep functional expertise in banking risk support functions and compliance workflows.
• Author functional requirement specs, design documents, and traceability matrices.
• Lead stakeholder management sessions and workshops across business and tech teams.
• Plan, design, and execute UAT test cases, scripts, and defect triage for core banking modules.
• Collaborate with Temenos developers, system integrators, QA squads, and banking executives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, risk mitigation policies, and QA standards.
• Maintain project documentation, baseline logs, UAT sign-offs, and risk audit trails.
