ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Telesales Agent in Doha to drive sales in Bancassurance and Insurance. You will engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, promoting insurance products and solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in telesales or insurance sales, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. The role targets achieving sales KPIs and building lasting client relationships within a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years in telesales or insurance/financial product sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

• Initiate outbound calls to promote insurance products.
