Detailed Job Description

As a Telecom Supervisor supporting Candidzone in Ras Laffan, Qatar, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of site supervision, ELV system installation, telecommunications cabling, and safety compliance across industrial and Oil & Gas facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising field technicians, coordinating CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control installations, enforcing Permit to Work (PTW) and HSE regulations, and resolving complex technical site issues. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional EPC contractors, project managers, and client stakeholder squads in demanding industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily telecommunications field operations, site installations, and low-current system deployments across industrial facilities.
• Oversee hands-on installation, testing, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and structured telecom cabling.
• Enforce strict compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) protocols, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and site regulations.
• Coordinate closely with EPC contractors, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure timely milestone delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills
