Job summary

HireAlpha is seeking a DWH Operations & Support Consultant in Doha to keep the data warehouse running daily, handle incidents, and serve as the main client contact for service status and issues.

The role requires experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata, and data warehouse ETL pipelines, plus telecom domain knowledge. Candidates should be open to shift and on‑call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with production incidents and client communication.
• Strong data warehouse and ETL pipeline knowledge.
• Telecom domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflows, data loads and file arrivals.
• Fix failures and recover jobs quickly.
• Lead client calls during incidents.
• Share status updates and RCA reports.
• Support releases and maintenance.
