Job summary

HireAlpha in Qatar seeks an experienced Data Warehouse Operations & Support Consultant with 7+ years of DWH, ETL, and production support expertise. You will provide client-facing production support, manage incidents, and deliver RCA reports, while rotating shifts.

The role requires hands-on skills in Informatica PowerCenter and Teradata, plus knowledge of the telecommunications domain. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Qatar with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in DWH operations and support.
• Informatica PowerCenter and Teradata expertise.
• Experience with production incidents and RCA reporting.
• Telecoms domain experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing production support for data warehouse systems.
• Support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Work with Teradata and data warehouse environments.
• Handle production incidents and support issue resolution.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain operational stability.
