Job summary

Es’hailSat seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead to manage and support key supply chain and procurement processes. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud: Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory and Cost Management.
• Knowledge of BPM approvals, FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI and BI Publisher is essential.
• Familiarity with OIC, VBCS, APEX, Redwood UI and logistics system integrations preferred.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support across Oracle Fusion SCM modules and resolve day-to-day system issues.
• Manage procurement unit configurations, approval workflows, document styles, supplier records, and document delivery settings.
• Troubleshoot purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching exceptions.
• Support supplier onboarding, supplier portal queries, and sourcing events.
• Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, and cost accounting integration with Oracle Financials.
• Coordinate procure-to-pay issue resolution with the Finance functional consultant.
• Plan quarterly release readiness activities and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards.

• Provide L2/L3 functional support across Oracle Fusion SCM modules and resolve day-to-day system issues.
• Manage procurement business unit configurations, approval workflows, document styles, supplier records, and document delivery settings.
• Troubleshoot purchase orders, receipts, and invoice matching exceptions.
• Support supplier onboarding, supplier portal queries, and sourcing events.
• Manage inventory transactions, cycle counts, and cost accounting integration with Oracle Financials.
• Coordinate procure-to-pay issue resolution with the Finance functional consultant.

Required Skills and Experience

• Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, including Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, and Cost Management. Practical knowledge of BPM approval workflows, FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is essential. Familiarity with VBCS, APEX, Redwood user experiences, and integrations with logistics or supplier systems is an advantage. Experience in infrastructure-intensive industries such as telecommunications, satellite services, or utilities is preferred. Current Oracle Fusion SCM certification is an added advantage.
