Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Qatar is seeking a qualified Technician Planning - Call Off with extensive experience in oil and gas maintenance planning. You will plan and schedule maintenance works, review work orders, monitor status, and prepare reports using SAP, MS Project, and CMMS systems.

Requirements include a 3-year diploma, SAP PM knowledge, 6+ years in the field, and a valid Qatar driving licence.

Qualifications

• Three-year Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• SAP PM module knowledge and experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning and contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and drawings.
• Knowledge of KPIs and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance works and monitor work orders.
• Review work order status and prepare reports.

Job Purpose:

This position is a unique opportunity with so many advantage in Oil and Gas career sector in one of the most important Project handled by SPIE in Qatar with QatarEnergy in which the Project in its 11th year with multi discipline tasks in Maintenance and Operation of large Industrial Area

Client satisfaction concluded by awarding a new 05 years contract of the Project with new Positions added

The candidate shall be responsible for planning and scheduling of maintenance works, work order status review and monitoring, report preparation,

Working on established computerize planning and scheduling tools such as SAP, Microsoft project, maintenance management software.

To work in SAP system for job planning, work order management, work confirmation, history entry, report preparation in SAP (CMMS).

Profile

Ideally you will have 03 years diploma from a recognized
institution and SAP PM Module knowledge and experience

Proven knowledge of maintenance planning and contract administration.

Read and interpret manuals and drawings.

Knowledge on Key Performance Indicators and maintenance strategies, Preventive maintenance Plans and optimization.

Computer literature in appropriate software.

Organization,Time management,Attention to detail,Problem-solving,

MS Office 2000 packages.

The candidate shall have experience in oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry or with major utilities.

The candidate concludes with important abilities including Safe work culture and practices.
