Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Qatar seeks a Technician Planning - Call Off to plan and schedule maintenance for a major oil & gas project. You will use SAP PM, MS Project and CMMS to manage work orders, track progress and prepare reports.

Ideal candidates hold a 3-year diploma and have 6+ years in oil/gas maintenance planning, with strong attention to detail and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Three-year Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• SAP PM module knowledge and experience required.
• Proven knowledge of maintenance planning and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance works; review work orders and status.
• Prepare reports; monitor progress using SAP and CMMS.
• Work within established planning tools to ensure timely execution.

This position is a unique opportunity with so many advantage in Oil and Gas career sector in one of the most important Project handled by SPIE in Qatar with QatarEnergy in which the Project in its 11th year with multi discipline tasks in Maintenance and Operation of large Industrial Area

Client satisfaction concluded by awarding a new 05 years contract of the Project with new Positions added

The candidate shall be responsible for planning and scheduling of maintenance works, work order status review and monitoring, report preparation,

Working on established computerize planning and scheduling tools such as SAP, Microsoft project, maintenance management software.

To work in SAP system for job planning, work order management, work confirmation, history entry, report preparation in SAP (CMMS).

Profile

Ideally you will have 03 years diploma from a recognized
institution and SAP PM Module knowledge and experience

Proven knowledge of maintenance planning and contract administration.

Read and interpret manuals and drawings.

Knowledge on Key Performance Indicators and maintenance strategies, Preventive maintenance Plans and optimization.

Computer literature in appropriate software.

Organization,Time management,Attention to detail,Problem-solving,

MS Office 2000 packages.

The candidate shall have experience in oil and gas industry or petrochemical industry or with major utilities.

The candidate concludes with important abilities including Safe work culture and practices.
