Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Qatar seeks a full-time technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation across oil & gas and industrial environments. The role requires handling tools, equipment, and systems per approved procedures and safety rules.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics, with offshore/onshore exposure and a strong HSE mindset. Immediate joiners preferred for project timelines.

Qualifications

• Live in Qatar with valid QID and can join immediately.
• 3–5 years hands-on technician experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, inspection or technical support.
• Experience in Oil and Gas industry and offshore/onshore.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas HSE requirements, PTW systems, PPE, toolbox talks, and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and installation activities within Oil & Gas and industrial environments.
• Operate and maintain relevant tools, equipment, machinery, and systems in accordance with approved procedures and technical requirements.
• Identify equipment faults and support diagnostics, repairs, modifications, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Follow all HSE requirements, Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, toolbox talks, PPE standards, and site safety practices.
• Read and follow technical drawings, equipment manuals, work instructions, and maintenance procedures while maintaining required quality standards.
• Work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
