Job summary

Ideal Solutions in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Technical Projects Coordinator to drive execution and strengthen cross-team coordination. You will bridge technical and business priorities, ensuring requirements, dependencies, and timelines are clearly managed with rigorous reporting.

You’ll partner with executive management and technical teams, monitor milestones and risks, and translate complex technical updates into concise management communications. English/Arabic fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical project coordination, project management, PMO support, technical operations, or software delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong technical understanding of software, systems integration, databases, infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects and cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and deadlines.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and potential delays.
• Review project updates, identify gaps, challenge unclear assumptions, and elevate blockers with recommended actions.
• Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Prepare project status reports, management dashboards, and executive updates.
• Track requirements, implementation progress, testing, and project handovers with technical teams.
• Translate complex technical discussions into clear updates for management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and improve reporting, workflows, and coordination processes.

We’re looking for a Technical Projects Coordinator to help drive project execution, strengthen coordination across teams, and ensure technical projects at Ideal Solutions stay on track.

This is a technically focused coordination role for someone who can look beyond task follow-ups and understand project progress, identify risks, challenge assumptions, and connect technical details with business priorities.

You’ll work closely with executive management, technical teams, and other departments to ensure project requirements, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines are clearly managed — with a strong focus on technical understanding, analytical thinking, and accurate project reporting.

What you’ll be driving

What we’re looking for

You’re a technically minded professional who combines strong coordination skills with analytical thinking and clear communication.

You’ll bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical project coordination, project management, PMO support, technical operations, or software delivery.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical understanding of software, systems integration, databases, infrastructure, or related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English — this is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices is preferred; PMP certification is not mandatory.
