Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit Train Operating Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Parts Catalogs, and supporting technical documentation.
• Create and manage digital documentation in accordance with project procedures and documentation standards.
• Review and validate technical documents produced by suppliers, engineering teams, and maintenance teams.
• Administer documentation and Content Management Systems, ensuring accurate approval, distribution, and publication.
• Gather technical information using systems such as SAP, Cor-map, SharePoint, and other engineering platforms.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Engineers, Technical Managers, Engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely document approvals.

• Create and manage digital documentation in accordance with project procedures and documentation standards.
  
• Review and validate technical documents produced by suppliers, engineering teams, and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Maintenance Management Systems.
  
• Proven technical documentation experience in heavy industry, preferably Rolling Stock maintenance.
  
• Experience using documentation management systems within an engineering environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
  
• Railway industry knowledge or train/heavy-industry maintenance experience is preferred.
