Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in IT/commerce roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and technical designs.
• Support digital commerce platforms and ERP/PIM/CMS integrations.
• Assist in UAT and ensure requirements are validated before go-live.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the development, testing, integration, deployment, and support of enterprise applications, digital platforms, and eCommerce solutions. The role focuses on hands‑on software engineering, ensuring high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.

Your Duties Would Include

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements


• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, pain points, and system requirements.


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions


• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.


• Participate in business workshops, solution reviews, and requirement walkthrough sessions.


• Support digital commerce platforms and integrations involving ERP, PIM, CMS, payment gateways, loyalty systems, and other eCommerce solutions.


• Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are fully validated before production deployment


• Prepare solution designs, technical specifications, and integration documents.


• Support production releases, monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.


• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, business analysts, QA teams, and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.


• Contribute to technical documentation, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Assist Project team in creating and managing the Project related collaboration environment.


• Ensure the delivery of assigned activities within the time‑scales and meeting the quality standards.


• Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams involved in the project as needed. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Technical Skills

• Hands‑on experience in integrating SaaS solutions and specific experience in eCommerce solutions, PIM, CMS, payment gateways, loyalty systems is a must.


• Hands‑on experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Postman, Swagger, Azure DevOps for Test Management, Good understanding of design and architectural patterns are preferred.


• Experience in Java Script frameworks will be advantageous

Qualification

We Are Looking For a Passionate And Experienced Professional To Join Our IT - Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job‑related experience

Essential

• Degree or Honours in Engineering/Computer Science/ Mathematics/Sciences/Commerce.


• Good understanding of one or more of business analysis, data modelling, design, software development, system testing and development technologies and tools.


• Understating Software Development Life Cycle.


• Attention to Details to deliver error free code.


• Should have good experience in working Retail and eCommerce systems involving integrating SaaS products like eCommerce solutions, PIM , DAM, CMS, CRM,


• Knowledge of platforms such as BigCommerce, ContentStack, PIM, DAM, CDP and Search platforms


• Strong understanding of Product Catalogue, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Returns, Fulfilment, Click & Collect, Home Delivery, Loyalty, Gift Cards, Marketplace and Omnichannel capabilities


• Conduct functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, usability, compatibility and UAT testing


• Experience in working with Azure DevOps for Test Management


• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools


• Validate API responses using tools such as Postman, Swagger, etc


• Experience working in Database and validate data using queries


• Perform cross‑browser and cross‑device testing to ensure consistent user experience


• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues


• Review requirements and provide testability feedback during early stages of development


• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.


• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills


• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
