Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Head of E&M Transformation Programme in Doha, Qatar. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives within major rail projects, aligning operational, engineering, and commercial changes and driving integrated roadmaps across multiple workstreams.

You will engage senior stakeholders, establish governance, and provide executive-level reporting to ensure on-schedule delivery within budget.

Qualifications

12+ years in a similar profile within major rail projects.
Extensive experience directing complex transformation, improvement or change initiatives.
Track record of delivering multiple concurrent workstreams within rail/transport/utilities/infrastructure.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage governance forums.
Experience integrating operational, engineering, commercial, digital and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and govern the E&M Transformation Programme with governance, accountability and reporting.
Translate the E&M Improvement Plan into an integrated roadmap and drive implementation across workstreams.
Coordinate interfaces with QR, RKH, subcontractors and stakeholders; address barriers.
Provide programme oversight: progress, risks, issues, dependencies, benefits and decisions.
Deliver evidence-based reporting to Executives and governance forums; ensure timely decisions.
