Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 5+ years in rail/metro project coordination.
• Experience in Qatar and GCC preferred; strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate rail projects from planning through construction.
• Identify potential delivery risks and provide timely technical solutions.
• Influence delivering entities and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and sustainability standards.
