Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a senior Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end E&M Transformation Programme in Doha, coordinating together with client, subcontractors and supporting functions. You will convert the approved improvement plan into a concrete, prioritised programme and ensure accountability, decisions and milestones are met on time.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation or improvement programmes.
• Experience delivering multi-workstream change in rail, transport, utilities, aviation, infrastructure or safety-critical environments.
• Working knowledge of railway operations and maintenance to understand constraints.
• Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders, governance forums and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating operational, engineering, commercial, digital and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the E&M Transformation Programme, establishing governance, accountability and reporting arrangements.
• Translate the approved Improvement Plan into an integrated programme roadmap and drive implementation across workstreams.
• Provide integration and direction across the programme, ensuring changes are aligned and interdependencies managed.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractor and other interfaces, facilitating collaboration and translating decisions into action.
