Job summary

Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantity Surveying discipline from a recognized University or Institution to the approval of the Engineer with minimum 10 years experience in cost estimation related to rail transit project.

Good capability to understand the contract and apply to the project. Good team spirit and will to help and be helped by the other members in the team. Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.

Preferred candidate with experience in the Gulf region.

Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
