Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a strategic and creative PR & Communications Lead to shape how the brand is seen, heard, and understood. You’ll lead external communications, strengthen media relationships, and translate business priorities into compelling stories for customers, partners, media, and the community.

Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll manage crisis communications, plan events, and drive CSR initiatives while measuring impact and refining

Formación

• A proven track record of creating and executing PR and communications strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills.
• Experience in corporate communications, reputation management and crisis comms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communications strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Serve as primary media contact, coordinating interviews, press releases, statements and external communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Identify PR opportunities to raise brand awareness, visibility and reputation.
• Lead development of press releases, executive communications, and other corporate materials.
• Monitor media coverage and trends; provide reporting and actionable insights.
• Ensure consistent messaging and tone across external and internal channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leadership, People & Culture to align communications with priorities.
• Plan and oversee press events, conferences, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Develop CSR and community engagement initiatives aligned with the mission.
• Support executive positioning through media opportunities and speaking engagements.
• Measure impact of PR initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
