Job summary

Nair Systems in Qatar is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives across our Qatar operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), PMI certification, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a bank, capable of driving cross‑functional teams and managing vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration)
• Masters degree preferred
• PMI certification is required or preferred for role

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large IT projects in Qatar and ensure revenue goals are met
• Implement KPIs and best practices for IT project management
• Maintain relations with project recipients and provide progress reports
• Liaise with IT Strategy for project alignment and requirements
• Build and manage vendors by contractual obligations on both ends
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SLAs and regulatory requirements
