Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for Facilities Management and Engineering roles and be skilled at sourcing and attracting top talent.

You will partner with hiring managers, prepare job descriptions, and ensure compliance with best practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Facilities Management (FM) and Engineering roles.
