Job summary

Cooper Fitch is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support technical recruitment for Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance for a client based in Dubai. The role requires relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source and attract high-quality technical talent, and partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs while delivering effective recruitment solutions. Relocation is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in either an in-house or agency recruitment environment.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience within aviation, engineering or another technical environment is a must.
