Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Manager Business Finance to prepare financial and strategic information, monitor budget variance, and drive cost control initiatives. The role focuses on delivering insightful reporting for Senior Management in Finance and the business unit.

The ideal candidate will lead the budgeting process, develop advanced financial models, and ensure adherence to accounting policies. Strong analytical skills and Oracle Financials proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
At least 5 years in a management role.
Experience in airline/aviation finance is advantageous.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to present clearly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Oracle Financials.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyse and present monthly KPI performance to budget holders.
Develop, monitor and review internal accounting policies and SOPs for business units.
Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Manage variance analysis and reporting to Senior Management.
Coordinate with senior finance leaders and drive data-driven decision making.
