Job summary

Experience is seeking an Exhibition Manager to conceptualize themes, layouts, and experiences for our exhibitions. You will lead design and fabrication, ensure safety and aesthetics, and drive on-site operations to deliver compelling displays.

You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and supervise logistics from setup to dismantling, ensuring projects stay within resources and timelines. Strong track record in exhibitions is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing or related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of exhibition management experience.
• Experience in the art, museum, or trade show industries.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop exhibition themes and layouts aligned with objectives and audience interests.
• Manage the entire exhibition budget, including vendor negotiations, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Oversee the design and fabrication of exhibition stands and displays meeting aesthetic, functional and safety requirements.
• Coordinate logistics of exhibition setup and dismantling, including timelines and on-site operations.
