Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Engineer to execute a risk-based IA strategy, performing financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization. You will also oversee ad hoc reviews and support the IA Assistant Manager/Director with ongoing audit tasks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, 4 years of automotive experience, and familiarity with SAP, Power BI, TeamMate+, and TMC Oasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Professional/Technical Certifications.
• 4 years of experience in automotive auditing or QA.
• Automotive experience with Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM India), Toyota Philippines or related TMC entities.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits per IIA Standards ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Complete internal audit engagements for the year per IA Strategy.
• Conduct ad-hoc reviews and other tasks as assigned by IA leadership.
• Prepare and maintain internal audit working papers and memos per standards.
• Identify causes of uneconomical practices and propose improvements.
• Develop recommendations and write reports documenting findings.
• Lead audits and assessments for automotive processes, ensuring regulatory and OEM compliance.
• Visit locations to evaluate service quality, operations, and compliance with requirements.
• Leverage audit systems (SAP, Power BI, TeamMate+, TMC Oasis) to support activities.
• Maintain expertise in automotive technologies and share insights with the IA team.
