UCC Holding is seeking a Financial Systems Director to lead ERP strategy, governance, and implementation across UCCH and PIH entities. The role focuses on scalable finance architecture, consolidated reporting, and automated controls to support growth.

You will own SAP ERP and related applications, drive project accounting alignment, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to deliver performance dashboards with BI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field.
• SAP ERP certification is mandatory.
• 10-12+ years of experience in financial systems or ERP platforms.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the Group Finance Systems roadmap aligned with UCCH and PIH objectives.
• Establish governance, policies, and controls for financial systems and data management.
• Drive standardization of finance processes across all segments and subsidiaries.
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
• Own and manage SAP ERP and related financial applications.
• Configure systems to support project accounting, WBS, and contract revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with IT and business units; report to executives; manage vendor relationships.
• Lead data governance and automated controls to minimize financial reporting risks.
