Job summary

UCC Holding in Qatar is seeking a Financial Systems Director to steer ERP strategy, governance, and transformation across the group and affiliates. You will own SAP ERP and related finance applications, drive standardized processes, and ensure robust data governance to support consolidation and reporting across multiple entities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT or related field.
Master's degree (MBA, MIS, Finance, or Tech mgmt) preferred.
SAP ERP Certification is mandatory.
10–12+ years of experience in Financial Systems or ERP leadership.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Group Finance Systems roadmap across UCCH and PIH.
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades, and transformations.
Manage SAP ERP and related finance applications for stability, security, and scalability.
Support EPC/construction project accounting, WBS, contract revenue recognition, and reporting.
Govern data quality, master data, controls, and audit readiness.
