Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of reporting architecture, KPI design, data modelling and dashboard development.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP in project-based organisations including finance and procurement.
• Ability to establish data ownership, standards and quality controls.
• Experience in construction or contracting sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the Group reporting architecture, defining audiences, content, frequency and source systems.
• Develop and govern the Group KPI dictionary with definitions, owners and reporting frequency.
• Implement a single source of truth for performance information across the group.
• Establish data ownership and resolve data gaps and quality issues.
• Deliver consolidated monthly performance reports to executive reviews.
• Develop and govern dashboards with change control and prioritisation.
• Drive SAP adoption and monitor usage by business unit.
• Set data quality standards and monitor master and transactional data quality.
• Manage reporting calendar, cut-offs and consolidation timelines.
• Rationalise spreadsheet reporting toward system-based reporting.
• Maintain systems integration map and roadmap for SAP integration with project controls.
• Coordinate training and a super-user network to sustain adoption.
• Prepare data foundations enabling automation, analytics and leading-indicator models.
